Global Shipping Program Problem - HELP!

I just switched over to managed payments. I was unaware that once you do that your option to stay with the global shipping program disappears.

Question 1: Is there a way to continue with the global shipping program if you are on managed payments through ebay?

Question 2: If so, how?

Question 3: If not, how do you ship globally not using the global shipping program? I have not dealt with international selling until I joined the global shipping program, so I didn't have to worry about adding shipping, dealing with other international shipping issues (pricing for shipping, etc.) HELP!

You can still use the GSP when in managed payments, I do.

It's still a setting when creating/editing a listing

Strange. I can't see it on my listings.There's literally no box for Global Shipping anymore.
