How do you fix a tracking number that shows as delivered? Entered two items #s wrong...

I entered two items tracking numbers for one another wrong...one item went to LA California and one  went to Utah I entered Utah's tracking on  Californias item and California's tracking on Utah's item both items show as delivered to wrong zip code however,  both items were really delivered correctly... I just entered them wrong. Since they show as delivered I can't update the tracking number... how do I fix this to get paid?

You probably will need to contact customer service to help you make the change.

@shamasca_53 You may be jumping ahead. As long as they were each delivered and you don't hear anything from the buyer, then you are fine. I recently had an item delivered but they forgot to scan it delivered. I would suggest you just sit back and not say anything to your buyers. No reason for them to notice anything unusual now that they have received their items. Best of luck to you....

Tip for future sales @shamasca_53:

Buying postage online is less expensive than buying it at the post office. When you buy it through eBay, the system will automatically upload the tracking to the transaction.
