How do I upload a video to a dispute that is too large.

Hello I recorded a return package unboxing as I was pretty sure the buyer was pulling a fast one.  Even after compressing the video it is over the 5MB limit.  Any suggestions on how to add the video to the dispute?

Thank you

eBay won't look at videos or photos as evidence because they can be doctored. Basically - you have no recourse here. You don't qualify to withhold part of the refund since you're not top rated and you don't offer free returns.

Report the buyer to eBay, IC3, USPS mail fraud, etc. That's about all you can do.

It is not clear that a video will help. Nonetheless, here are the mechanics of attaching an external video to your case.

Upload your video to YouTube:

  • Create a free YouTube account if you don't already have one.
  • Create a YouTube "channel" if you don't already have one.
  • Upload your video to YouTube.

YouTube will then give you a Share Link.
Copy the share link into your case.

Manny items that are admissible under the rules of evidence within a judicial proceeding can be doctored.

EBay has chosen not to accept video which perhaps would easily be too time consuming
