@nawlinsron2 I just looked at your listings and it would appear that none of your recently "sold" listings were listed for Local Pickup Only..In order to be "exempt" from shipping time dings, INRs and SNADs the listings must be listed for "local pickup only" and not specify a shipping cost or carrier.
@phcd1 While accepting cash for a LPO sale is preferable, PayPal is also fine and will not mean that the buyer can file an INR if the listing is set up properly.
@mg152 As long as the LPO listing is set up properly and the eBay messages between buyer and seller show that a meeting for pickup has been made, an INR can't be won by the buyer.
Seller protection when listing as local pickup only:

Feedback has nothing to do with showing a transaction is complete. It used to release Paypal payments but sellers who were subject to holds sometimes forced buyers to post feedback before they would ship.
It may help a little if your account is under review by a person for some reason, but otherwise it's irrelevent.

IF (the imortant word here) it is setup properly. This was not.
True that ~ and you knew that and I knew that...but since you didn't state that in your reply I just wanted to clarify that the OP's listing wasn't set up properly for a local pickup only listing.
Unfortunately, the misconceptions about local pickup only and accepting PayPal will mean that an INR or NAD will be won by the buyer is still being posted as if it were true...it is not true as LPO is not covered by eBay's MBG or PayPal...."if" as you stated the listing is done properly.
