How do I remove the mailing option off a sold item when the buyer prefers the offered local pickup?

I offered an item for sale with either local pickup or mailing options. The items sold and the buyer would like to meet for local pickup. How do I update the listing post-sale to reflect local pickup so I don't get penalized for not shipping according to their timelines? TIA!

Did the buyer select shipping or local pickup when they checked out?

The buyer needs to select local pick up, then they will get a QR code sent, and will bring that code, of the digit code, to you at the time of pickup.  You then enter that code as proof of delivery.  If the buyer selected "shipping" then you need to ship it within your time frame.
