How do I find out if I paid for the return label?

Had a buyer who said she didn't read the description and wanted to return the item, stating "Bought by mistake". I was given the option of rejecting the return, offering a partial or full refund, or accepting a return. I chose the last option, and even though it stated "Buyer Pays", this IS eBay and I want to make sure I didn't pay for this label before I give the buyer a refund, minus what I paid for original shipment

If what you wrote is accurate, then you won't be charged ... but if you want to check, it would be itemized as part of your account activity.
