Refund not going through

I initiated a refund to a buyer last Thursday, the 10th. It's now the 15th, it still says the refund has been initiated and that ebay will email me when completed. I've never done a refund before. 

In the mean time the buyer has asked what's up. I don't blame him.

What should I do?

That was through paypal?  If so, call paypal.

It can take 3 to 7 business days for a refund to show up in the buyers account, depends on his bank or credit card company's posting policies.
