How do I change my return preference to UPS instead of USPS

My item is over 40lbs and usps charges $80+.

The problem is that my buyer abuse the Item Defective and Not Working to get free shipping. But, I don't mind accepting return. Whenever they do they always get a USPS label.

The return shipping is $80 whereas if I send them a return label from UPS then its only $20.

How do I change this? Please help.

You can set up your return preferences so that returns require a RMA. {sorry I don't have a link handy) From what I understand, ebay will then not send a label right away so it gives you some time to send one yourself.

Unless you have automatic returns setup, when a return request is made you should be given a choice of return methods, which includes sending your own return label.

It is still a good idea to enable the RMA required option, which makes sure no instant return is generated.

Because eBay provides USPS labels exclusively for returns @megaroomstore, you can't change it to UPS. But you can, as others stated, set up RMA authorization which gives you the opportunity to upload your own UPS label purchased outside of eBay.

Thanks so much guys, I stumbled upon the RMA setting yesterday and wasn't sure what it does. But I'm glad I'm making some progress. This makes me want to sell on eBay more..
