Changing size of shipping labels

I wanted to change the size of a shipping label for a smaller box, which I was able to do.  But the next label I printed, I guess it remembered, which was not a problem.  But I wanted to go back to my original 8 x 11 sheets, with the label on one side and the shipping information on the second side.  While I was able to get it to print on the 8 x 11 paper, there was no info on the other half.  Any suggestions to get it back?  Thanks in advance.

On the create label page look to the right and click on Show More.  Scroll down to the current label format and click Change.  Check the box to enable the receipt half of the label.
