How can I send the shipping label to buyer in case of return?

ebay will normally ask you to send one when a return is opened up in the return console

it used to ask me to send a label and I used to say I could not.....the reason is I did not know how or what to do

all of that changed for me when I joined 30 days free returns

Does the buyer live in Pakistan? If not you will probably not be able to send a shipping label to a buyer who lives in another country.
