I am sending 2 items in one box to the same buyer.
When I try to add the tracking number onto the 2nd item, it says:
This tracking number is already associated with another active shipment
Does anyone know if there is another way to add the tracking onto the 2nd item to show it was shipped together with the 1st item?
Thnx!

Are you using ebay's bulk shipping? If so, you can click both items, then click COMBINE. Change the shipping method/dimensions of the package/weight as needed. The tracking will be uploaded for the one package with 2 items in it.

Same customer name/address but 2 different (sometimes very slightly- ebay 'guests') ebay sign in names, so they are treated as 2 people. Have to open box, repackage 2nd item and ship separately.

Oh! No, i did not do that. Thank you for letting me know. I'll do that for future pkgs.
Do you know if eBay will count both items as one tracking number in case there is and INR case?

Not sure. I believe ebay will count one of the items as slow shipping.

Hi eBay has advised me today of a global issue with the Combine Orders function. Acknowledged same buyer so I should be able to if not for the issue on eBay side.
Anybody have a workaround for this?
