How can I print a USPS Scan Form when using Ebay labels?

Hi, I am trying to figure out how to print a scan form when I print my shipping labels using ebay, without needing to subscribe to Selling Manager Pro. All the topics regarding this issue seems to be three years old. Does anyone know a current way?

I don't print online prepaid labels, but I believe there's a link to "create multiple labels" when you start your session. When you are done, you should see an option to print a summary.

Each session gets its own SCAN form; you can't just add transactions later on.

The "old fashioned" way...

Go into your My eBay Sold.

In the left side list of links, click on Shipping Labels.

On the resulting page, look for the Bulk Label Printing link (even if you only have one label to print).  It is in the text above your list of labels.  Click on that link.

This will take you to pages with boxes to check for printing a scan form.

As noted in a post above you print at scan for each time you go thru this process.

If you want a SCAN form for multiple sessions then you would need to use another service. For example, stamps.com will allow you to select multiple items and print a single scan form for them, even if they were created throughout the day or the weekend. You can call stamps.com customer service and get a free "eBay account" with them.

I bookmarked the page the last time I was directed to -Bulk shipping > SCAN forms- now I can go back to the page generate and print scan forms.

Here is the link. You best save in your browser. There is no way to go back to form after you have clicked off the shipping page.

If you can't access carrier pickup request through eBay, you can do it at usps.com.
