How can I issue an additional refund to buyer?

I refunded the item amount to the buyer. I also wanted to refund the shipping. I forgot to click on the shipping for the refund, but I want to refund shipping but can't figure out how to issue the additional refund. Any thoughts? I would like to make this right.

You can use the send money tab in paypal to send them a refund.

I am not sure how they paid. I checked PayPal but there was nothing there for this buyer. I am still searching, but thank you for replying so quickly!

You're in Managed Payments, so don't look in PayPal. But partial refunds are a snap with MP.

From your Seller Hub... Orders/Paid and shipped. Use the drop-down menu to the left of the Order, select 'Send refund', enter the amount of the refund, confirm and submit. Easy peasy... good luck.

You can also do that from the payment screen under details.  Find the buyer, open the payment details and there is a refund option.  It is even gives you reasons to refund.

I think the reason it doesn't show me the Send Refund option is because I had already refunded the item amount.  It was worth trying.

I am not getting a Send Refund option anywhere. I think due to the fact I had already sent a partial refund.
