Report an item you didn't receive

I had ordered an Air Fryer at 4/01/2021, and PayPal had collected the money from my credit card at same day. But, I had received a message from eBay, said seller refused to sell that item with that price, so the item never to come to my house, it is more than 30 days from 4/01/2021 till now. I just check my credit card account, no refund from PayPal yet, Can any one help me to get my money refunded, today is 5/08/2021. Thanks

What was the estimated delivery date? If 30 days have not passed since that date, you can still open an Item not Received case here on eBay. Go to the Resolution Center at the bottom of most pages, select the item and check the you didn't receive it. The seller then has 3 days to respond. If they don't, then you ask eBay to step in. If you follow the instructions and don't let any deadlines pass, you'll get a refund.

If it's been over 30 days from the estimate delivery date, then you go to PayPal and open a case there. Once again follow instructions and don't let any deadlines pass. If you need assistance you can call PP at 888-221-1161.

If PayPal can't help, then check with your payment source. If you used a credit card, you have protection there too. .

If you open a case, do not close it until you have your refund.

And I suspect the email/message was not from eBay but from the seller. eBay would not let a seller get away with that.
