Hey, I just ordered something that I will need for February 7th.
My order is supposed to be delivered anytime between Feb 3rd and March 1st.
I'm really new to Ebay, I spoke to the seller, he is willing to send me another one by UPS or by any faster mean as long as I am paying to do so. (I would refund the first one I bought, then I'd order an extra fast one)
So I have two questions for you guys:
1) How likely is it that my order would be delivered by the 7th since it has such a wide range of time.
2) Is there any way to ensure that my package travels from the USA to Canada in less than two weeks if I pay some extra money, if so, who do I need to speak to?
I am really new to Ebay, this is the first time that I am ever using this website, I need some clarifications since I really want my order ASAP.

Estimate is just a guess, it's not a guarantee

UPS might be the best choice with the extra expense if you have to have it. USPS might have issues with the plight they are facing at a major distribution center in Canada at this time.

Also be aware that it is very likely that an item sent by UPS may have additional charges before it gets delivered in Canada.

Unfortunately the sellers don't have any control over the time it takes for a carrier to deliver. Delivery dates shown are just estimates. The dates shown depend on the distance traveled. I've had Priority mail packages that took two weeks to arrive from coast to coast and others that arrive in 3-4 days. There seem to be far less delivery complaints with UPS and Fedex. I had one that shipped from California and arrive in Puerto Rico in four days. Ordering time sensitive items require more lead time or a faster shipping method.
