How Long Does A Fedex Claim Check Take To Arrive

Hi All,

I had a claim approved by Fedex and was to be paid by check.  The check was sent on May 21st, but still hasn't arrived.   I've talked to several Fedex customer agents and they keep providing inconsistent ETAs and not sure what to believe or if I should request a new check. I confirmed that the check was sent to the correct address.

I was wondering if anybody experienced issues receiving claims checks and how long does it typically take to arrive.

When we've gotten insurance payouts it took about 2-3 weeks so that sounds normal so far.
