Ebay global shipping program has been destroyed

I recently had a problem with shipping a laptop from USA to Finland. The thing just vanished at Glendale Heights. I was thinking maybe I should not buy more from Ebay USA, but I wanted to try once more. Now a set of laptops is sitting in GLENDALE HEIGHTS. And from my crystal ball I can see they will not be getting to me at all. Mark my words. The worst thing is Ebay tells me absolutely nothing about what is going on.

Ebay global shipping program has been destoyed.

Prove me wrong.

@stacklakeoy

If you are referring to the  eBay International Shipping (EIS), program, stop worrying -- as soon as your shipments are confirmed delivered to the EIS shipping hub in Glendale, IL, your responsibility as a seller is finished -- EIS is responsible for all additional paperwork, customs, and delivery to your buyer.  In addition, EIS is responsible for any "item not received" cases as well.

The eBay International Shipping (EIS) program has NOT been destroyed -- it's working just the way it was intended and described, as follows --

It seems gears started to move as soon as I wrote my message. DHL picked up the ball and were very communicative the whole time. I have the item now. Similar item earlier was lost earlier though. I got these sticker on my parcel:

Maybe it was the get-out-of-jail card for this parcel, who knows.
