I was going over the items I had for sale and noticed that Shipping charges went up about $10 or about 80% to 95% on all my items for sale, Did anybody else notice that on Saturday night, July 6, 2019, and now The prices are back to normal and it's Sunday, July 7 1:30 am East Coast time. The normal price for Shipping is $8.30 and Saturday night it jumped to $19.05

$19.05 is the Zone 8 price, so that would show up if the shipping calculator thought you were a buyer in Zone 8.

So what you are saying is it was a glitch for 5 hours or more Saturday night?. I have 123 items for sale and when I went to My Ebay Store on my computer it gives me the price and shipping cost. (You can see that in Pic) but last night every items shipping cost was about $10 more than what you see in the picture. All I was doing last night was scrolling thru My Ebay store and noticed the extremely high shipping cost, I wasn't doing anything else. I was wondering if any other Sellers noticed that..

No, what's being said is that you would see the higher zone 8 prices if eBay thought you as a viewer were located in a zipcode that across the country from you.

If you changed a zipcode while in a shipping and payments tab in any listing on eBay you were viewing (like to get an amount to quote a buyer on an invoice), it sticks until you change it back or clear cookies/log out.

The numbers are consistent with that being what happened, and if eBay had changed things on their end, even for a few hours, there would be hundreds of howls from buyers complaining about "ripoff shipping costs" and sellers relaying those buyer complaints here.
