12345alfonso pillot lomas del vientoguayamaP.R.00784Puerto RicoI addef a space after the street numbers, I changed P.R. to PR , still no luck. It tells me unsupported region.Whats wrong with this address?
Puerto Rico should go where the P.R. is and not after the zip code.

For starters, it's Loma Del Viento, not Lomas Del Viento. Google is your friend.
"Calle" seems to be missing as well. Using 123 as an example address, a format that does parse successfully on usps.com (here) comes back as
123 CALLE ALFONSO PILLOT E
GUAYAMA PR 00784-5547
However, when I put in Loma Del Viento as the second line of the address, usps.com took it out again, returning what you see above.
The USPS has an info page with examples of how to interpret various Puerto Rico address formats, so see if one of those is a good match to your buyer's. (You're not trying to change the location, just correct the address syntax.) Check out https://pe.usps.com/text/pub28/28c2_041.htm

What is a "PayPal generated ebay shipping label"? Are you printing the label at PayPal using PayPal labels or on eBay through eBay labels?
I plugged your example address into the eBay classic label flow by editing an address and it looks like this:
Note that the label flow automatically entered that City as a match for that zip code I entered. You could also use the original Guayama as the city as it is the larger municipality that contains Alt de Olimpo.
The address you provided has too much info. Drop the P.R. and use Puerto Rico as the state.

I am guessing that if you drop the Puerto Rico and put in the United States it will work.

There are two lines for the street address - try putting the del Viento on the second address line and add a space between the house number and the street name. Super long addresses often freak out the form.

How is your address written on any regular mail that you may get? I'm from PR and my address has Urb in it. I have to put my street and house letter first then the Urb for usps to recognize it.
