Help on Getting Refund

I have recently purchased a laptop and wanted to return. I opened a return and seller accepted it. I sent to the shipping label eBay has sent me and the tracking is showing up as “addressee unknown” and says it is sending back to sender.

I have heard that I only get my refund if it shows up delivered, should I call and tell eBay what happened? Or is there something else I should do?

Call ebay and let them know that the package was undeliverable because of an incorrect address provided by the seller. Ask them to close the case in your favor and to provide you with a refund. If needed, politely remind them that the seller is responsible for providing a correct address.

I would wait until you get the package back, then call CS and let them know the sellers return address was bad and the package was returned to you.

Thanks for quick reply, I will call them. I’ll stay updated and hopefully they give me my deserved refund because the seller is rude and disrespectful. I’m positive he/she is a kid.
