Help needed with Refund Claim Problem

Buyer received broken damage on three pcs of cut glass... Sent me pictures, etc.  Not a problem with making the refund... they sent me pictures of box, packing, and damages.  I thanked them, and immediately refunded the amount ebay indicated was a full refund.... OK>.. good to here.  Now I go to get the pictures so I can file a USPS claim and I can't  find them.... where might I look.. they are not in the mail...in fact the claim came across in my control panel not in my mail though there was a mail requesting a refund from the buyer..... so how do I find the pictures the buyer sent me????????  thanks,  I probably should know this, but this is like my 3rd damage on over 3,000 packages shipped over a decade.  So I'm lost.. thanks...

If the images were in a return case and you fully refunded, the return closed. Once closed you have no access to images any longer.

Just FYI that isn't true I found them you have to go to the Orders page and find the order that you refunded clik on it  and go to the bottom of the page where it says to show all detail... clik the three dots or the line you click  and they show up and you can download. I did it and it worked.
