This seems to be an ongoing discussion. Many people report Fedex being much worse than UPS with back end charges and difficulty fighting because technically ebay is the fedex customer so fedex wants you to complain through them but Ebay doesn't want anything to do with it. I've sent 5 large items via fedex without any additional charges. But I recently went to UPS only because I can use UPS through Pirateship.

So in summary, I've never had a problem but made the switch to UPS because of all the horror stories I've read on this forum

Some claim that they have, but the back charges are correct, as the eBay estimate does not take into account the multitude of "surcharges" that may apply.

Some claim that they have, and really have.

I do not use FedEx.

Some sellers have been billed saying they shipped way larger items than they did. All the shippers are doing it but Fedex is by far the worst.

How do we fight this Racket & Fraud charges after I entered my dimension exactly the same as the dimensions FedEx and I even put 1/2 pound more weight. I chose FedEx label for $12.13 only after that they delivered my packages they grossly over charged me more than 3 time the amount I agreed to pay! eBay and FedEx are FRAUDING YOU! WE sellers don’t have accounts with FedEx we have an account with EBay and purchase our label through eBay shipping portal! EBAY NEEDS TO DO THE RIGHT THING AND REFUND ALL SELLERS WHO HAVE BEEN FRAUDULENTLY AND SCSMMED EBAY & FEDEX!
