HELP! NEW PROB REGARDING RETURN

Hi , i recently sent out a return request for 2 T shirts i had purchased. I returned the items to USPS and they marked it as “refused” and sent back to sender. It was delivered. However Seller only sent Partial refund as Ebay has my other item in a separate return case even though i returned items together. Now ebay is promoting me with these messages. What do i do? Do i need to Chargeback with my back or wait to receive a refund even though item was already marked as delivered/returned?

You need to enter tracking showing the other shirt was also delivered back. Put together an alias tracking number like this:

420  +  last-5-digits-of-second-item-number  +  first-return-tracking-number

So if the tracking number is 12345678 and the last 5 digits of the item number is 98765, the alias tracking number is 420 98765 12345678. Go to USPS.com to check that it is valid, then add that alias tracking number to your second return case.

HELP! NEW PROB REGARDING RETURN

As others have noted in your other post, I hate to say it, it looks like you messed up.

Once a buyer REFUSES a delivery they lose protect with eBay's buyer friendly Money Back Guarantee (MBG).  It is a shame to lose that as it is one of the  best buyer protections out there!

The proper procedure when one wants to return an item purchased on eBay is to open a "case" in the Resolution Center - link in lower right corner of this page, under Help & Contact.

If one properly files a case and follows the instructions, one will get a refund.

Now that you have lost the MBG protection the only option is a case through PayPal IF that was used in the purchase or a "charge back" with your credit card company.

Sorry this happened.  Wish you had come here for help earlier as we could have guided you though the return process.

But hey, you are not alone. We see many buyers who "think" they are doing the right thing, mess up and lose MBG protections.

Hopefully your buyer is honest and when the item is returned they issue you a refund, less the postage costs.

Good luck!
