Shipping label question

I just sold something for the first time, bought the shipping label and realized its wrong. IE

John Jonson

(1234 missing) Robert Street

Missouri KY 74389

What can I do in this situation? Am i going to have to buy a new label? Can I send it as is? Can I edit it? ( without committing a federal crime or something)

Shipping label question

If you send it as is you will probably get it back "invalid address".

Void the label  (which will get a refund) and create a new label; making the correction BEFORE you print it.

Shipping label question

Go to the shipping labels tab. Void the label & print a new label. You will be refunded in a couple of days as long as the label was never scanned

Shipping label question

If it's the $850 item you just sold, what makes you think the address is incorrect? DO NOT change a shipping address from what is shown on the order, simply if your buyer tells you to change it.

If your buyer has entered the wrong address, you're better off to cancel the sale, citing 'problem with buyer's address' and then relisting and having the buyer order correctly.

You didn't say this was the issue, but I've never heard of a shipping label being printed "wrong"... so proceed with caution. Edit: Remember to ship with signature required, since it's over $750.

Good luck.
