I messed up and shipped the wrong items to two of my customers. I found out last night from the customer that they received their package first. The second customer has not received them as of now. I messaged them first customer back, apologizing and would handle it.
I explained my first-time mistake, and I would reach and ebay to figure it out and get back to her.
Right after, I message customer #2 to let them know what is happening and being on the lookout for the package and my follow-up message institutions. I have not heard back from customer #2 yet all, nor have they returned my message to watch for it to be delivered. Both packages are mailed first class mail.
Please help asap.

You'll have to pay to have the items returned to you, then ship them to the correct buyer.
If the second buyer doesn't respond, there isn't much you can do but refund the other buyer once the wrong item is returned.

The easiest way is to have the buyer file for a return and have Ebay send them a shipping label.
