I have just sold four items to someone in Germany who has since asked for them to be sent in one packet Combined to save money which is understandable. The problem is as I use Global Shipping program for overseas I am unable to change the shipping invoice myself to combine so he has been billed separately which is expensive. Please does someone know how I can change this so I can combine? Thanks

I don't believe you can........GSP wants to ship each separately....as I understand it.

If the items are in their cart they can be shipped together as the gsp does automatically lower the international shipping portion of each item although it may not be as low as the buyer wants. The shipping on the domestic portion does not work on a gsp transaction though so if you receive a higher shipping amount than what you normally would, you might want to refund part of it but that's up to you.
As an example, I'm in Canada and I put 3 of your items in my cart. To ship to Canada, each item was just over 25GBP to ship on their own. Once they were in my cart, shipping shows as 17.43GBP for each item rather than 25+.

If they checked out in 4 separate transactions, the you HAVE to ship them in 4 separate packages. Each will have a corresponding GSP ID. If they had wanted combined shipping, they should have arranged that *before* checking out. Easiest way in the future would be for you to set up automatic combined shipping for your listings, if you don't already have that set up. This not only helps international sales in GSP program, but domestic customers as well.
A seller setting up combined shipping does not affect gsp sales at all as the gsp does not combine the domestic postage. They do combine the international portion if the items are put into a cart and paid for together.
