Global Shipping Program

I can not find any links to email the global shipping program, they sent a couple of my items to the wrong addresses internationally.

I just got a message that the an item I sent has arrived at the wrong address in West Vancouver, BC.
This is a horrible mistake made by eBays global shipping program. I sent the item to OREUSA3580036654DE, 1850 Airport Exchange Blvd #200, Erlanger KY 41025. Ebays global shipping department verifies the item and sends it to its final destination.
The same day I sent the other item to- OREUSA3580651965CA, 1850 Airport Exchange Blvd #200, Erlanger KY 41025.
Ebays global shipping program has the information of where these items are shipped, as it turned out these items were mixed up and sent to the wrong addresses internationally.  What can they do to get these items back and resent to the proper addresses, I can not contact anyone within the ebay to resolve this issue so thought I would post it here - maybe someone working for ebay can forward the info.

Thanks.

There is a call back number link at the bottom of this page, you can start there. https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/shipping-items/setting-shipping-options/global-shipping-program?id...

The GSP seller protection is suppose to cover you once the item safely reaches their KY shipping center. However, I don't know what happens if the buyer opens a NAD case. I would contact the buyers and ask them to file an Wrong Item Sent case. Hopefully, eBay will cover the return shipping to the GSP center. After that, it's anyone's guess as to whether or not they can get them straightened out.

Good luck.

Are you saying that an item that you sent through the gsp was not delivered to the buyer who ordered it but was delivered to your other buyer? I apologize if I am misunderstanding what you are saying but if one of your buyers received a package for another one of your buyers, how can you be sure that it wasn’t you who put the wrong label on the item?

I have heard of the gsp sending the wrong item to the wrong person but they process so many parcels each day it would be a heck of a coincidence that they switched packages from the same seller but....anything is possible.

The label that you used must have some sort of gsp number on it identifying the buyer and transaction.  If you have a record of that number your buyer should be able to compare that number to the one on the package they received.  They might have to take off the label that the gsp put on so that they can see your label underneath.  I’m not sure if the buyers name is on the label that you used but if it is, that would make it even easier to prove when the package was mislabeled.

Regardless of where the mistake was made, the gsp is unlikely to get the parcels back and resend them. If it was a mistake made at the gsp depot, your buyer should file a return request stating that they received the wrong item and explain that the info on your label and the gsp label don’t match so that the package was mislabeled by the gsp.   Then the gsp should refund in full

If it was your mistake the buyer should still file a return request using the same reason.  You could then accept the return and arrange to pay for return shipping or just refund.  Either way the gsp would refund the portion they were paid.
