Hello! I have purchased an item that was not delivered. I've tried to open a request regarding this issue but instead I've accidentally opened a return request. The return request was then successfully closed as created by mistake but now I cannot open the correct request regarding non-delivery of my item! And there is no option to contact eBay support via chat or email.
What actions should I take now to open the correct case?

Go to your payment method to file a case.

IF you paid through PayPal you can file a claim through them
You have 180 days from last estimated delivery date in your purchase history
