I just sold a large book to someone in the UK. I had my shipping set as 9.99 for priority in the US (actual shipping cost was about 14.00, but I gave a discount). Buyer hasn't paid yet, but the item now says free shipping (free to buyer- you pay). What does this mean? Does it mean I have to pay full shipping to the Global Shipping Center (the buyer doesn't pay the 9.99)? Or is it saying I have to pay his shipping to the UK? Thanks!

Are you using the app?
Sometimes it'll show free shipping when it isn't.
I see $9.99 for shipping.

You pay to KY from what the buyer pays you. I don't see it as "free ship" Shows me $9.99
Buyer pays GSP for shipping from KY to UK ($36.76)

Yeah, using the app. I see 9.99, too. But on the screen that says "awaiting payment", it says free shipping as in the photo.

I just went in on a computer, and shows the same thing (free shipping). Hopefully just a glitch. I guess I'll find out when the buyer pays. Thanks for your help! 🙂

You were right. Went back to normal after the buyer paid. Thanks! 🙂
