Hi all,
Its the first time I get such a negative experience buying something on ebay.
I ordered an item 09/11, got no tracking info and by the ultimate delivery date 27/11 I still got nothing received. So I contacted the seller and he told me that its been sent and I have to contact FedEx with tracking number that he added. I did it and the customer service of FedEx told me that due to the wrong phone number that is been provided by a sender the delivery could not happen and the item that I ordered is been sent back and received by a seller 22/11. I also got an airway bill as a prove. At all this time a knew nothing about delivery problems: got no mails, no calls, no notes in my postbox.
I explained it all to a sender and he told me that if I want an item been send again I have to pay the delivery once more. I didnt agreed because the only fault that I made was not being home at the first delivery try that I even didnt expect because had no tracknumber or any other info about the shipment. So I told the seller that if he send it without any discussion I would be satisfied and leave no negative feedback. He refused. I started the case of full refund bacause the motivation to make a deal with such seller was zero. Meanwhile I ordered the same product at another seller. Next hour I received a message that the seller started his own case and it was closed and I get no refund because the seller provided the docs of unsuccessful delivery. The frustration was such high level that its literally burned my chair.
May be someone can help me to get my money back, Im just asking for justice.

Looks like Fedex did everything to contact you with no response. Sellers are not required to use tracking numbers..tho Fedex has tracking.I dont see that the seller did anything wrong, and if you wanted the package back, you would have had to pay shipping, you lost buyer protection when the pkg was returned to the seller.You shouldnt threaten the seller with bad feedback, thats feedback extortion.

Oh really? So why I didnt know about it? They try to deliver but Id not seen anything of FedEx in my postbox. Also no mails or something... At least strange reaction.

Go through PayPal if you paid through them. They will listen!

Paypal redirected me to ebay.co.uk to solve the problem. Meanwhile the case is on hold for 10 days. Yesterday got mail of FedEx with the proof of fault in the sending but it was in Dutch so now waiting for English version of the mail and then Ill provide it to ebay and hope for a triump of justice. Really dont understand how can some people here trying to blame me for something Ive not done or couldnt know.
