Any buyer should be able to add multiple item to their cart from to see what the total shipping charges will be whether or not there is ipr on the listings. They can’t request a total but then gsp buyers can never request a total. There will be savings on the international portion of the shipping but they will be charged full price on the shipping cost of each item to Kentucky. If the seller chooses to they can give them a partial refund for the domestic shipping.
This is one area the GSP is lacking. I have found that some buyers can figure out how to add multiple items to their cart and then pay for them at once and I can combine them. I am not sure though how it figures their cost but is makes the customs forms right. I believe it just adds all the item weights up but not sure how they do the dims. this does not work though if you have "require immediate payment" turned on for an item.
The buyer can put all the items in their cart and when they go to cart they will see what the gsp is charging them for shipping and import charges. If they don’t want the items they can delete the items from their cart.
