Frustration dealing with seller.

I bought a item for 80.24 dollars off a seller that had 100% feed back rating and 687 reviews left for them.

 

Now the seller never listed the item as shipped, never responded to my three message and for lack of a better therm ghosted me on ebay so I got ebay involve in a refund after 17 days of no messages and no status update and the package arrived just today, on the 20th day. This leaves me to say the least frustrated with the seller.

 

Now I want to do the right thing and either send it back to the seller which would cost me about 20-25 dollars or so out of it or what I would rather want to do is just paypal them the money for it yet again and keep it. Because  in part  I do not want to be made to pay for anothers mistake and since it is already it makes more sense for me to just send the money, yet again, back to them and keep the item.

 

Now I have sent the seller a message about this but I highly doubt they will respond even after I leave a negative review for them on this, which staining a 100% feed back rating is leaving me feel like the **bleep** in all this.

As you said, you can either pay for the item and keep it, or email the seller to send you a return label and you'll send it back. Thats all you can do.

Sellers are not required to mark as shipped,use tracking or communicate just ship as described(it's good business but not required...) and can set handling times for as long as they want.

since the last estimated delivery date had passed w no item ( which may or may not been a shipping issue out of seller's hands )you got a refund

Is paying them back for this missunderstanding just as simple as sending them the funds straight to their paypal?
