Hello I am wondering if we still get free shipping supplies or at least discounted shipping supplies?

Here's a direct link but you can also look under the Store tab in Seller Hub as shown below: https://www.ebay.com/sub/subscriberdiscounts
Supply coupons vary in amount based on store level; they are available to Basic and above Store subscribers. Starter Stores do not receive a shipping supply coupon.

Yes, if you have a basic store or greater.

Okay I have a starter store so that's probably why I am not seeing the discounts on shipping .

Sellers with a Starter store do not get the quarterly supplies coupon. But they pay the same discounted rates for their shipping labels.

What do you mean by discounts on shipping @kamolde-26 ? Are you referring to buyers paying retail rates and sellers paying discounted rates? If so, all of your labels purchased through eBay are at a discounted rate (unless they're Media Mail where there is no discount).
If you want to know why buyers are not paying a higher price than you do for shipping, that comes down to your account settings. Your default is probably set to offer buyers carrier discounted rates.
The setting to offer buyers discounted rates can be found on your shipping preferences page under the carrier specific discounts setting: https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf
Since eBay charges a fee on total cost buyer pays (item + ship + tax), by charging discounted rates you are losing money on every single package. If you want to make up for that you can add a handling fee or increase your item costs - or simply charge retail rates for a built in cushion instead of passing on the discounts.

I'm sorry I meant shipping supplies. I thought there was a discount on shipping supplies for people who have a store. But as the previous conversation has stated I need to have a basic store when really all I have right now is a starter store.

Thank you so much for answering my questions I do appreciate that I wish that they had a cheaper basic store. Instead of going from $5 a month for the starter store all the way up to $22 a month for the basic. I am pretty sure that I will get there to the basic it's just going to take me a little while longer. Thank you guys so much for being an awesome community

This is how sellers with a starter store get their free shipping supplies. 😉

Based on the number of listings you currently have, it looks like you might be paying insertion fees for several since you are over 250 listings. It might benefit you to go to a basic store. I've never seen much of a benefit to the starter store.
