I need help, I bought a lego on May 8, the seller never sent it, I made a claim, and two days before the claim expired, the seller wrote me that he had a very big problem that would excuse him, that if I wanted to I sent the layman, as it was a birthday gift for my son, I took the claim, the seller has never sent me anything, he does not even answer my messages, as I do to get my money back.

What does "that if I wanted to I sent the layman" mean? What is/was the latest estimated delivery date?

The poster is probably using google or similar translation that often picks the least correct choice.

You need to provide more and clear information. When you 'made a claim (is this open a case for not receiving your order?)'  did you do it via ebay or Paypal?

If you closed the claim let's say on ebay, you can try to open it in Paypal, They may say that if you closed the ebay ' claim', you can't open another one via Paypal.

I can't understand what you mean by the three (3) phrases that I've highlighted above.  Can you write out some alternative English to clarify these phrases so that I can better understand what you are experiencing with this seller?

If you closed the case, you are done with Ebay. You cannot re-open a case.

File an item not received claim through Paypal. You have 180 days from the date of purchase to do so.

If you did not use Paypal and paid directly with a credit/debit card, call the number on the back of the card and open a case for an item not received.

Never let a seller talk you into closing a case, no matter how sad their story may be.
