So, what happened, because 99% of the time is the buyer that scams the seller.
What did you get, a seller that provided a fake tracking # to prove that item was delivered?
IF so, have you checked with the delivery carrier to see where it delivered, and the weight of item, most likely not to you, use that to protect your self and fight off.

As bad as all that?
Tch-tch.
Why do you continue to buy?

Are you serious? Did'nt think eBay would allow for scammers. Also as per the policy eBay considers the buyers side always.

So you have never read the Money Back Guarantee for buyers nor used it to resolve problems?
Ask just about anyone on eBay -- they are seriously biased in favor of sellers, not buyers.
If you have proof, through the carrier, that your item was delivered to a different address, not your own, get that information in writing from the carrier and present it to eBay.
The rest of your allegations are bordering on the ridiculous. Feel free to return here and give details -- it may not be too late to sort this out.

ebay is not a fraudulent company I have been associated with ebay in recent times but it is an important company that is highly regarded by its customers and I think ebay is one of the most important and trusted online businesses currently available.
