First Class shipping not showing in shipping calculator

Sorry if this has been asked already, I searched threads and couldn't find anything.  Maybe using wrong keywords.

On the listing, I enter the weight and size of package, and I am getting a range.  That range does not change if I change the weight.

There is not a first class option in the shipping calculator anymore.  I am using a generic guess at the moment,  hoping I am not too much over,  or too much under.  

What did I miss?

What is the weight and size of you package?  Is it over the First Class limit?

Not sure how it's calculating in the listing form, but I recommend going directly to the eBay Shipping Calculator for the task. Bookmark it.

No not over First Class, I am referring to all my items that are under the 15 ozs

When I go to the shipping calculator, the First Class, whether I put in 1 oz or 15 ozs.  It just gives me Priority, ground, media, UPS rates

Can you give the exact parameters you're entering to see if I can duplicate the results @sivvys?

I entered a 12x10x2 package with a weight of 8 oz and a US zip code. FC appeared on the calculator link posted above.

See near the top of your copy/paste where it says type: letter @sivvys? You need to change the type to package.

Yes, this, because the weight limit for a letter is 3.5 ounces. Be sure to choose "Package/thick envelope," NOT "Large envelope."

I see the good posters already pointed out "letter" to you to fix your issue.  Just a note, I looked at my new listing form, which I'm still trying to get used to, and don't even see that option anywhere now.  That may be a good thing.
