Hi folks, When I try to enter my shipping address, eBay interactive form asks me to correct it by adding 4 digits at the end of ZIP code. Should I use the original address or accept the correction eBay made?

Buyer paid added postage $20.53. I want to refund that amount to buyer (order #27-09478-56479. But am not finding a way to do that. Step-by-step online guides don't seem to apply to present format. What is the procedure?

Buyer does not see the request total option

I suspected this was true when others bought mulitple items without requesting a combined total invoice first. Maybe this buyer is out of the country? I am not sure. Anyhow, has anyone else had this problem and know of an easy fix? Thanks
