I am from amritsar, here FedEX and DHL started service, In one of my id ebayglobal has started but in other associated id it is still not activated, I have few pending orders to ship but no one is listening. Globalshipping team is telling to contact ebay manager but since Feb,2020 no manager was appointed. Have to refund 2 buyers
Could not find any way
