I printed a shipping label for a Fed Ex order, and then had the customer contact me wanting the package sent to a different address. How do I handle this? It will not let me edit the reprint.

Do not change the address if you want to maintain your seller protection. Shipping to another address will cause you to lose an INR case should they open one.

eBay has a deal with FedEx that a package can not be redirected from the printed address. As the other posted said even if you could change the address you would lose an Item Not Received case because the delivery went to an address other than what was on eBay.
You could go to FedEx.com and print a new label with the new address (NOT recommended because of the loss of protection) or have cancel the order ("something wrong with buyer's address) and have your buyer buy it again BUT enter the right address before paying it again.
A major deciding factor would be the value and type of item. If it is a common low value item, it is probably not a big deal.
BUT if it is expensive, especially something electronic (high on the scammer's list) DON'T DO IT!

Hopefully the new address is not to his sick father in Delaware.

Are you SURE the request is from the buyer? There are those scum that will message you hoping you won't notice they are not the buyer to have you redirect the shipment to them.
Tell the buyer that you MUST ship to the original address, you can't change it. In order to change the address you will need to cancel the sale (using the reason "Issue with buyer's address" and relist it for them to repurchase. All protections are lost if you ship to a different address.
Personally if it's more than $20 I would notify the buyer, cancel the sale due to buyer's address and relist. The buyer can then buy it with the correct address if they choose.
