Fed Ex - eBay

dropped off on Nov 29th fed ex ground 33$. It still has not arrived. eBay will not release my hold. Fed Ex rep even told me it was guaranteed to arrive Friday and that a member of management would be in contact to reassure me shortly.

A hold on your funds release? This is for the $350 Star Wars series? As a new seller,Ebay will not release your funds until delivery is proven. And maybe not then, you may be subjected to the twenty one day hold.Ebay has a thirty day return period for items,and Paypal has 180 days...they dont like paying buyers out of pocket for lost items or not as described.

Correct...ebay will not release the funds because the item has not arrived.
