This a new one. A package for Fremont CA left Portland OR as usual, visited Oakland, then came back to Portland and was delivered yesterday. My customer informed me. Since this was an inexpensive item I plan on just offering a replacement or refund since I doubt the USPS will do anything, being 1stC uninsured. Is there anything I can do to investigate? I mean... wrong state! TIA~
