Does a problem buyer receive a copy of the notes that are included in the refund section?

I have a pending complaint filed against a problem buyer. I am disputing the refund that eBay is forcing me to give her on the item cost plus her shipping. I included a note in the refund section which I hope she sees. In turn, I have blocked her as a buyer and I have blocked her in eBay messaging. I was just wondering if she will get a copy of the notes that are included in the refund section. Thank you.

Make sure you make a report on Badbuyerlist.org

eBay cares less about your reports to them, they will not do anything to scammers.

@lotzaspotz No, the buyer will not see anything you wrote. Your dispute is with eBay not the buyer now. Buyer was refunded already, they have moved on. Best of luck to you....
