Face Mask

Hi, I ordered a pair of face masks and it has been over a week and I haven't received them. The seller said to wait a few days. It was meant to come on Wednesday. I have tracked it and it says its in transit. Is anyone else having to wait like me? Royal Mail have said that if It doesn't come by tomorrow it may be lost.

Hi there, i am sorry you haven't received your item yet.

The "in transit" Is typical of items going through mail services right now due to the pandemic

Post offices are understaffed or overworked. 

International mail , is affected even worse. 

Please try to be patient with the seller, it may not have anything to do with them.

I have ordered other things that came quick. I ordered a 2nd class parcel and it came in the next few days. I feel as if Royal Mail have lost my parcel. I ordered it last week Tuesday and it should have come by now. The post man goes past but all I get is letters etc.

I understand how you feel as a buyer and a seller, but different regions are affected differently. Consider the fact that there are 50% Or fewer postal workers doing more work (because people are purchasing items  during the pandemic in even greater numbers). 

try not to jump to any conclusions, give the  package another week and if it doesn't arrive, contact the seller at that point.
