Hi,
In my seller account settings --> Shipping.
Under promotional shipping rules.
I have "Minimum purchase price amount for free shipping" set to $35.
But customers are complaining to me that they are not getting the free shipping discount at $35.
We have a policy that if a customer spends $35 total in our store, we give free shipping.
Is there something else I need to do to have this discount applied?
