FREE SHIPPING RETURN

Hi, I'm offering free shipping on one of my toy jets soon to go live, If the buyer returns my toy, will i be on the hook to pay for their return, since i'm offering free shipping? Or will the buyer still have to pay for the return? Thanks a ton,!!

"free shipping", and "free returns" are a different thing.

With "free returns" the seller pays return shipping for any reason.

With "free shipping" the buyer pays for "remorse" returns.

With "free shipping" the seller pays for any other return reasons.

You will be paying return shipping if the buyer opens an INAD case.
