I have had 2 items sold within 4 days of each other and the customers has not received items. It has been less than 2 weeks since I shipped them. The post office tracking shows still in transit. Now the customers open cases and my funds put on hold. My question is why Ebay extended the time to return an item because of COVID-19 but has not allowed the same time for the shipment to arrive before a cases can be opened?
