Exchange Option Question

Hi. I am a buyer who received a damaged item. I requested a refund. Seller refuses to refund and wants to send me an exchange.  Am I required to accept an exchange or can I insist on a refund?  Thanks.

I would never accept an exchange.

I would request a total refund and IF you choose you can re-buy the new item.

I'd stick with returning the item for a full refund and re-purchasing only if you want to try again. Good luck.

Never accept an exchange because your 30 day MBG clock starts running after the first one was delivered. If you want the same product rebuy it with a new separate transaction.
