Hello,
In Sold | Actions it says "Void" for the shipping label for an item I shipped using eBay to print the label. The Action for all other items/labels states either "Reprint" (for an item not yet delivered) or "Print Another Label" (see jpg). What would cause eBay to put "Void" in this column?
Another oddity for the item in question is that the item was out for delivery yesterday (a Saturday), then USPS updated the tracking info with "No Access". I assume this might be because the property is a business that is closed for the weekend, but this in combination with the "Void" classification has me concerned. I'll wait and see what happens Monday and if there is still No Access, I'll email the buyer . . . or does eBay have a page for handling this type of thing?
Thanks.

If you click on that "Action" link, you have the option to void the label. You can void an eBay postage label up to 5 days after purchase, though if it has been scanned into the system USPS will decline your void request. Labels can be reprinted for only 24 hours after purchase, and you can purchase another label for a transaction for as long as the listing is available. So the first-choice option that is shown changes over time.

Thanks for the info!! I clicked on "Helpful" to your reply, but so far it hasn't registered. Maybe it takes a while?
