How many more alias carriers using POOLED & BOGUS Amazon shipping/tracking numbers/histories is ebay gonna allow?
My mum was craving fruit cake since we spent Christmas apart so we finally got around to order (Fruit & Peel ingredient) some last week but it never came.. yet escalated case from seller with 89 pos 1 neu & 1 neg is last updated as 'As per tracking, item is delivered'
I'd ask why not class action but guess we waived our rights away by buying stuff on ebay so given that.. what's the recourse? I think I paid with debit otherwise i'd be more eager to just have my Visa/MC deal with it at this point, as its gotten ridiculous with these amazon sellers on ebay recycling tracking #s to boost their sales as seems only a portion of disputes will charge back!?
