By escalated, do you mean the buyer asked Ebay to step in? That means no seller resolution was offered, and you got a defect.

If you have a VERY HIGH NAD rate then you are in line for either higher FVFs or getting booted off of this site as a seller. You need to read and understand the money back guarantee and your requirements as a seller when returns happen.

I suggest you start reading and if things are confusing come back to the boards and ask questions. Do not give up on the asking questions until you understand how things work. You need to do this right away as I suspect your selling privileges are in jeopardy!
